Pitakat Taik Library

The library was believed built by Anawrahta to store the thirty sets of the Buddhist canon he had brought from Thaton in 1057. It is uncertain if the library was ever damaged but extensive renovations were made in the 18th century so Very few traces of Bagan style remains.
