You will be picked up at your hotels in Bagan, transfer to the wharf where you will enjoy a one-hour boat cruise on the famous Irrawaddy River. Reaching the western river bank and you will take a jeep for 45-minutes-journey on a bumpy road to the top of one of the 4 holy mountains that are famous among local pilgrims.
It is believed that if someone can complete the visit of all 4 mountains before midday one will be granted a wish to be fulfilled. The pagodas enshrine reliquaries of the great Buddha. Go back to Bagan for a late lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit some farming villages in Bagan to understand the lives of the local people. The trip ends at your hotel in Bagan. Today lunch is included.
