Today you will depart Yangon and drive for one hour to the charming town of Syriam ( also called Thanlyin). It was once a major port from 15th until the Portuguese rule in 17th century. Take a boat to see Ye Le Paya Temple (also called Kyauktan), set on a tiny island in the river.

Visit the hilltop pagoda at Kyaik Khauk where you can have a great view including Shwedagon Pagoda in the far distance. Stroll through the riverside market and visit two further pagodas before your drive back to Yangon. Yangon trip ends.
