He was the son of Inwa king the first Min Gaung Thihathu (783-787). He worked cultivating and farming at Aung Pinlei, who used to enjoy with the company of call girls. One day his Queen Shin Bo Mei’s plot with the aid of socery and witchcraft, Thihathu was suffering from forgetfulness, Onbaung Sawbwa(governor) let his elephant tread on him thereupon he was trampled to death and becoming a Nat at once.
