When the King Anawrahta returned from China he found a pagoda which was incomplete, lacking merely 2 bricks in the forefront of the stupa. Master mason explained that it was because of the absence of 2 brothers Shwe Phyin Nyi Naung who had never come to serve their duty during the construction period. Thus King Anawrahta suddenly got furious and killed 2 brothers on the spot, thereafter 2 brothers become Shwe Phyin Nyi Naung Nats instantly after their death.
