He was a tea-leave merchant of Pinya. During Inwa King the first Min Gaung’s(763-783) reign, on a trading tour of tea leave with bullock carts around Thon Sei, Thibaw and Moemeik area, one day when he returned from Shan State, at the foot of mountain near Phon Kyaw Letkaung village he died of tiger bite and instantly became a Nat.
