During the reign of King Tayote Pyay Min, in the battle with Mongol at Nga Saung Chan, Bagan army was badly beaten up by invaders. Thus Tharapa Gate keeper the Nga Taba Thin Nat pulled the king’s Legs in order to wake up him, and told about the news of Bagan army defeat at Nga Saung Chan, so also a fight between two rival Nats, Bagan Nats were defeated as well. On hearing this unlucky news of defeats the King abruptly ran away down to Pathein, accordingly the king was called Tayote Pyan Min.
